Annabelle Hinam (1997) is een veelzijdige acteur, theatermaker, schrijver en journalist in opleiding. Na een studie sociale geografie aan de UvA stapte ze over naar de toneelschool in Utrecht, waar ze in 2021 afstudeerde.
Sinds haar afstuderen speelde Annabelle in verschillende theater- en televisieproducties, waaronder De Scheepsjongens van Bontekoe (TG de Jonge Honden), Multiplayer (NLFilm/NTR) en Wij Zijn de Stad (PS Theater). Ze werkt daarnaast als kunst- en drama docent, moderator/presentator, en trainingsacteur voor o.a. NS en het OLVG. Ook schrijft ze maandelijks de kunstagenda voor Broersma werken en wonen.
Haar verlangen naar inhoudelijke verdieping leidde Annabelle naar maatschappelijke projecten, zoals het opzetten van een platform voor diversiteit en inclusie, en bestuurswerk bij haar voetbalvereniging. Ze werkte mee aan de Raad van Oost, een collectief dat jongeren aanspoort om te stemmen, en bij Stichting Samsplan, die statushouders opleidt tot voetbaltrainers.
Annabelle is momenteel stagiair bij AT5 Nieuws, waar ze verslag doet, research doet en zelfstandig nieuwsitems draait. Haar journalistieke werk is een natuurlijke verlengde van haar theaterachtergrond, waarin ze haar creativiteit en onderzoekende blik inzet voor maatschappelijk relevante verhalen, met een focus op sport, politiek en ongelijkheid.

Annabelle Hinam (1997) is a versatile actress, theater maker, writer, and journalist in training. After studying social geography at the University of Amsterdam, she switched to the Utrecht Theatre School, where she graduated in 2021.
Since her graduation, Annabelle has appeared in various theater and television productions, including De Scheepsjongens van Bontekoe (TG de Jonge Honden), Multiplayer (NLFilm/NTR), and Wij Zijn de Stad (PS Theater). She also works as an arts and drama teacher, moderator/presenter, and training actor for organizations such as NS and OLVG. Additionally, she writes the monthly art agenda for Broersma Works and Living.
Her desire for deeper engagement led Annabelle to become involved in social projects, such as creating a platform for diversity and inclusion and serving on the board of her football club. She has also contributed to the Raad van Oost, a collective that encourages young people to vote, and to Stichting Samsplan, which trains refugees to become football coaches.
Annabelle is currently an intern at AT5 News, where she reports, conducts research, and produces news items independently. Her journalistic work is a natural extension of her theater background, using her creativity and investigative mindset to tell socially relevant stories, with a focus on sports, politics, and inequality.
